More than a half-dozen CRV and drop-off recycling centers are available to residents and businesses in the City of Vacaville. CRV recycling centers can reimburse you for the deposit you pay on many beverage containers in the State of California. (Eligible cans, for example, are labeled "CA CASH REFUND.")
When bringing in your cans and/or bottles for CRV redemption you will be paid at a minimum per pound rate. If you have 50 or less cans or bottles and they are all of the same material type, you can request a per unit rate to receive the same CRV redemption value that you paid upon purchase of the container. For more information contact CalRecycle at 1-800-RECYCLE (1-800-732-9253) or go to www.bottlesandcans.com.
